Wanda 'Vinnie' E. Kaiser

Wanda E. "Vinnie" Kaiser, age 89, of Alpena passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at home.
On August 10, 1928, Wanda was born to the late Frank and Rose (Grzeskowiak) Konieczka in Alpena, Michigan. She married John "Jack" Kaiser on February 3, 1951, at St. Mary Catholic Church by Rev. Chester Pilarski. Jack preceded her in death on May 1, 2000. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of All Saints Parish and the St. Mary Rosary Society Group #11. Vinnie dedicated her life to her family and her home, she enjoyed decorating her home and yard for her family and friends to enjoy with her. Vinnie had a passion for cooking, embroidering, and gardening.
She is survived by her three children Diane (Dennis) Dunlap of St. Louis, MI; Gary Kaiser of Alpena, MI; and James Kaiser of Riverdale, MI; five grandchildren: Dennis, Alison, Dan, Crystal, and Stephanie Renaie; six great-grandchildren: Aubrie, Jacoby, Griffin, Jamie, Evan, and Derek; along with several nieces and nephews.
Vinnie is preceded in death by her daughter Donna Shaffer, grandson Todd, five brothers: Joseph "Bucky", Stanley, Tony, Walter, and John; one sister Theresa "Tracy" Filipiak.
Family and friends will gather for Visitation on Friday, December 8, 2017, at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home from 12 noon until the Funeral Service begins at 2 pm with Rev. James Fitzpatrick officiating.
Internment: Holy Cross Cemetery
