Tracey Lee Beard

Tracey Lee Beard, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on September 8 2024, at the age of 53. Born on September 16, 1970, in Ohio, Tracey was a high school graduate whose life centered around her family and the joys of homemaking.

Tracey was known for her kind and caring nature, always lighting up the room with her kindness and compassion. She had a personality that drew people in, making friends wherever she went. Her dedication to her loved ones was palpable; she cherished every moment spent with them, particularly enjoying the time spent with her family.

As a passionate lover of television, Tracey delighted in watching crime shows and programs like Judge Judy, finding joy in the stories they told. Her laughter and spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Tracey is survived by her devoted husband of over 30 years, Loren Beard; her loving daughter, Katherine Beard; her brother, Trent (Krista) Young; her sister, Tricia (Glen) Helzerman; and several cherished nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Young.

Visitation will be held on September 17, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at A.E. Ross Funeral Home located at 516 W Chisholm St, Alpena, MI 49707, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, 1032 W Washington Ave, Alpena, MI 49707, starting at 3:00 PM.  Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors.
