Genevieve I. Hull

Genevieve I. Hull, age 87, of Alpena, Michigan passed away peacefully on Friday, January 20, 2017, at Evergreen Adult Foster Care in Rogers City, Michigan.
Genevieve was born on July 31, 1929, to the late Adam and Anna (Kaszubowski) Malenski in Posen, Michigan. On September 5, 1957, she married Daniel Roy Hull in Alpena, Michigan. He preceded her in death on April 18, 2003. Genevieve was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. She enjoyed spending her time sewing, gardening, ceramics, baking, and decorating wedding cakes.
She is survived by her seven children, Jacqueline Stosick of Grand Rapids, MI; John (Jeri) Stosick of Dexter, MI; Doug (Brie) Stosick of Dexter, MI; Debbie (Ron) Beaudoin of Alpena, MI; Pamela (Michael) Rosbeck of Alpena, MI; Roger (Dona) Hull of Bridgeport, TX; and Steve Hull of Madison, Nebraska. Her 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and brother Frank (Jane) Malenski of Oklahoma.
Genevieve was preceded in death by her grandson Dustin Ludlow, her brother Isadore Malenski, and her three sisters Dorothy Malenski, Josephine Malenski, and Virginia Smart.
Family and friends will gather for visitation on Monday, January 23, 2017, at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home from 2 pm until 8 pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, from 10 am until the 11 am Funeral Service begins with Rev. William J. McClure Jr. officiating.
