Francis 'Jack' John Mcdonald

Francis Jack McDonald, age 71, of Alpena, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
Francis was born on April 28, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Harry and Delores (Troy) McDonald. On July 31, 1965 he married Jeanne Anderson at St. Mary Catholic Church she preceded him in death on June 15, 2003. Jack worked as a mechanic for National Gypsum for many years.
He is survived by his four children: Ricky McDonald, Jack McDonald, Peter (Jennifer) McDonald all of Alpena and Paula (Phillip) Liske of Hudson, FL. His seven grandchildren Ciara, Cayden, Chelsea, and Emalee McDonald, Lilyana, and Brooke Liske , and Melodee Wirgau. His two brothers Patrick (Rita) McDonald of Zeper Hills, FL; Michael (Thelma) McDonald of Alpena, and his sister Joyce (Robert) Moore of Alpena.
Family and friends will gather for Memorial Visitation on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at the Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home from 12 noon until the Memorial Service begins at 2 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Joseph Muszkiewicz officiating.
