Chad Michael Arlt

Chad Michael Arlt, age 39, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at home.
On March 3, 1978, Chad was born to the late Peter Arlt and Theresa Matthes in Alpena, Michigan. He married Kristi Carr on November 1, 2003 in Alpena, Michigan. Chad had many friends all over the states. His passions were "Science," New Technology, and Bio Chemistry. He majored in Computer Science at A.C.C. Chad was very proud to be a descendants of the first settlers of the Alpine Peninsula, when Alpena was called "Fremont." He was a Descendant of the Laroque and Charbonneau family pioneers at the formally Bell Pines (Jesse Besser Reserve). Now known as the abandoned village of Presque Isle, Michigan. He was a member of the Fraternal order of Masons. In his spare Time he enjoyed making ales, beers, and wine. Along with playing with the family dog Mable. Chad loved dabbling into the unknown and was always up for a great debate about it. He was a well known past employee of the Alcona Health Centers, and the Medical Arts Center as their Computer Technician, and was recently employed with Gene Hanson Trucking Company.
He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Kristi, his brother Chris (Larissa) Chrzan of Alpena, MI; three nephews, and grandparents Rosalie Patrow and Donald (Rebecca) Matthes, many cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
Family and friends will gather on Friday, July 14, 2017, for Memorial visitation from 11 am until the 12 noon Celebration of Life begins at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to friends choice.
